Agent Marmalade Packaging
Agent Marmalade is a small-batch jams and preserves company run by Meg Murray, professor and pastry chef at L’Academie de Cuisine. Her jams combine seasonal fruits with unique and surprising elements, like tawny port, cardamon, and thyme. Agent Marmalade came to us needing a branding buildout as well as packaging for her line of delicious jams.

Agent Marmalade wanted a elegant look for their jams that mixed modern and classic elements. The Agent Marmalade logo mixes deco ornament with sleek geometric design. Cherry Blossom Creative decided to give the jars an ornate top ribbon in a distinctive royal blue, that could be spotted in the shelf from far away. This horizontal blue ribbon could be used across an expanded product line, should Agent Marmalade expand to new types of jams and preserves.
Gold was also another key element of the Agent Marmalade brand and packaging, giving the jams the refinement that the flavors embody. Gold text was used on Agent Marmalade’s logo and iconography, and the top labels for the packaging were finished with hot stamped gold foil.
For the launch Agent Marmalade’s new line, Cherry Blossom Creative hosted an evening of delicious jam pairings with cheese and champagne at our studio in Washington, DC.
